2. What we collect

3. Why we hold it
To quote, to ship, to invoice, to answer you, and to keep the accounting records a company is
required to keep. Our basis is the contract with you, or your request for a quote before a
contract exists, and legal obligation for invoices.
4. Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, our payment provider, the freight forwarder or carrier named on your
shipment, and our accountant. Processors act on our instructions under contract. We do not sell
personal data, we do not rent lists, and we do not run retargeting on this site.
5. Where it goes
Our servers are in the European Union; our office is in China. Transfers out of the EEA rely on
standard contractual clauses with the processor. Data is stored for as long as the account or the
statutory record period requires — invoices for the period Chinese and EU accounting law
demands, everything else deleted on request.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and the right to complain to
your supervisory authority. Write to the address above; we answer within 30 days. If you are in
California, you have the equivalent rights under the CCPA and we do not discriminate for using
them.
7. Security
HTTPS everywhere, access to order data limited to the two people who process orders, daily
backups, and no customer database on a laptop. If a breach affects you, we tell you within 72 hours
of confirming it.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly hold data on anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the foot of the page changes with it. Material changes are
emailed to anyone with an open order.
