Samples ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, 3–6 business days door to door. Freight is charged at
cost on the invoice — we do not mark it up and we do not call it free.

Duties and taxes
Import duty, VAT, GST and any clearance fee are the buyer’s. We declare the invoice value
correctly; a supplier who under-declares is transferring a customs risk to you.
Returns
| Stock reference | 14 days from delivery, unworn, in the box, freight paid by you. Refund on the unit price, not on freight. |

| Private-label (printed) | Not returnable — the dial cannot be resold. We remake defects instead. |
| Defects | Report within 14 days with photographs and the reference on the caseback. Replacement or credit, our choice, freight ours. |
| Rate | If a lot exceeds 2% functional defects, the whole lot is replaced, not patched. |
Damage in transit
Photograph the carton before opening it if there is visible damage. Claims need the carrier’s
report; without it we cannot recover the cost, and we will not pretend otherwise.
