What can change
- Dial — pad or screen printing, applied indices, sunray, matte or
sandblasted finish, lume in C3, C1 or BGW9 - Hands — shape, colour, lume fill; seconds hand tip colour
- Bezel insert — blank as standard, printed to your artwork on request
- Caseback — laser engraving or deep stamp, one or two lines
- Crown — etched mark, or plain
- Strap — leather, rubber or bracelet; buckle engraving
- Packaging — box, sleeve, warranty card, hang tag to your artwork
What does not change
Case dimensions, movement, crystal, gasket stack and the pressure test are fixed per reference.
We will not shave a millimetre off a case to hit a price — the tooling is the reason the
tolerance holds at three thousand pieces.
Artwork
| Format | Vector only — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG at 1:1 |
|---|---|
| Minimum line | 0.15 mm positive, 0.2 mm reversed |
| Colour | Pantone preferred; hex accepted for flat colours |
| Dial file | One layer per print pass, dial outline as a die line |
| Proof | One printed dial, photographed at macro, sent before the case is touched |
Sample flow
Order one piece from any reference at the sample price. If the run follows, the sample price is
credited against the invoice. A private-label sample with your printed dial is 12–18 days
from artwork approval.
Minimums
50 pieces per dial design for production. Mixed references inside one run are fine —
the minimum applies to the dial, not to the model. Below 50 pieces we quote as samples.
What we will not print
We do not print marks we cannot verify you own. If your artwork copies a registered mark or a
watch we recognise as somebody else’s design, the order stops there and the deposit goes back.
This is not a policy we enjoy enforcing — it is the reason we are still allowed to print for
the buyers we print for.
